Jo Gifford works in porcelain, paperclay and pit-fired stoneware, making sculptural objects to spark the imagination. Often starting with wheel-thrown vessel form, she then layers repetitive processes creating works where the act of making is integral, encouraging the viewer to look more closely and question what they are looking at.

Kinnordy House is to the North West of Kirriemuir. The entrance (signed Kinnordy Estate) is off the Cortachy Road (B955) at the Pearsie turning, Kinnordy Road opposite. The studio is 1 mile up the drive at the back of Kinnordy House through the courtyard.
